Day 1: Arrive at Budapest in the afternoon. The guide wil welcome the guests, and assist to book into the hotel. Welcome dinner (half-board) with gipsy music in an intimate restaurant. Afterwards, a one hour long boat-trip on the Danube to see the lights of Budapest.

Day 2: Begin the day with sightseeing after breakfast. First, staying on the Pest side of Budapest, taking a walk on Heros Square (Hősök Tere) and the famous pedestrian zone Váci street, then going into the covered-market which was built in the Eiffel-style followed by 45 minutes free program here. St. Stephen Cathedral (Szt. István Bazilika) and the Hungarian Parliament are also seen on this side of the city. Going to Buda side through the oldest bridge of the city called Lánchíd (Chainbridge). Climbing up to the Buda Castle and going into Matthias Church (Mátyástemplom), taking a walk on the Fishermen’s Bastion (Halászbástya) and in the Castle district. Afterwards looking around the city from the hill called Gellérthegy with its breath-taking views.
Travel to the nice art-town, called Szentendre by bus. In the afternoon a short walk around the town followed by dinner (half-board) in a local restaurant.

Day 3: Travel to Eger via Márta mountain where the Cifra stable can be viewed. After that travel to the Baroqe town of Eger for sightseeing. Afterwards going to Ködmön Charda in Szépasszony-valley for dinner (half-board) with wine / wine-tasting with folklore program, gipsy music and election of wine leader.

Day 4: After breakfast visit the Hungarian plain, Puszta, the group is welcomed with pálinka (traditional Hungarian schnaps) and langosh, ( fried potato dough topped with sour cream / cheese / garlic), followed by a short coach trip to see a horse show. There will then be a 3-course lunch (goulash soup, mixed meat dish and dessert) during which Gipsies will play live music. After meal a visit to the Izsáki Pálinka and Ethnography Museum.
The afternoon will be spent in Hajós, the village is famous for its more than one thousend wine-cellars. A local guide will be aviable during a tour of the streets where the wine-cellars are situated. Everybody will get a cup, which needs to be hung on our necks, this will be a very important part of the program. After the walk Swabian (ethnic Germans) dancers in traditional costumes welcome the guests with salt cakel and wine. Taking part in a ceremony, where minors are admitted to Orbán Wine Estate. After the program there is a delicious lunch waiting for the guests in the Winehouse restaurant in Hajós.

Day 5: Sightseeing in Kalocsa after breakfast. The Archbishop’s Palace which was estabilished in the 11th century can be seen in Kalocsa. The town is the home of paprika, but its folk art is very famous too. The Palace of Bishops, the Chatedral, the folk art house and the Museum of Paprika (spice) can be seen here, (the method of preparing paprika spice can be viewed in the museum).
During lunch guests will be entertained by a traditional folklore program in Juca Néni Charda.
After lunch we will travel to Siófok.

Day 6: After breakfast a short sightseeing tour of Siófok before travelling to Szántód to catch the ferry that will cross the Lake Balaton to Tihany. Visit Tihany Abbey followed by a walk around the intimate streets of the village. Afterwards we travel to Sopron for sightseeing in the city and a farewell party in a local restaurant.

Day 7: After breakfast, short sightseeing with free program in Vienna, and then travel home about 13:00.
